Question:
Can you give a dog tapeworm and round worm medicine at the same time?

I gave my 7 month old puppy evict ds on Saturday
but he has tapeworms not roundworms
can I give him the tapeworm medicine or do I have to wait
Flea.org Recommends:
You can get a medication from your veterinarian called Drontal. Drontal will get rid of all the worms at the same time with only one dose. How much he will need will depend on his weight.

If you bought worm medicine from a petstore, and not from your vet, you are wasting your money.
Those medications just don't work. Go to your vet and get the correct medication that you need.
Yes you should wait at least a week before you switch medications.

If this is not obvious, NEVER give anything unless you check with a vets office to confirm age requirements, conflicts with other meds, or who know what that could hurt your pet. Find some one you trust that is a real vet and ask first.
