i have some kinda black flea nat looking bugs that bite they are outside and now coming in through my windows?

midgies? do they leave little red spots all over you? they kinda look like flat chicken pox lol. they fly and are alot tinier than mosquitoes, so they can get through fly wire mesh...maybe you got midges. i have never lived near midges so if thats what they are im not sure how to keep them out..they can get nearly anywhere. maybe bug spray or somthing
